Abstract: | We describe a rare case of an unusually located gangliocytoma. The conventional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) appearance was suggestive of an olfactory groove meningioma. However, advanced MRI sequences (diffusion-weighted imagingDWI; perfusion MRI; susceptibility-weighted imagingSWI; MR spectroscopyMRS) revealed features more consistent with a glial neoplasm. |
