Abstract: | Indomethacine is an analgesic and antiinflammatory drug which has antiplatelet and antithrombotic properties. In our work, we have tried to immobilize the same onto a polymer surface covalently. Surface parameters like water contact angle and platelet adhesion are studied. Similar studies are conducted on heparin immobilized surfaces, for relative comparison. |
