Varying degrees of pulmonary regurgitation develops in nearly all the patients who undergo intracardiac repair for tetralogy of Fallot, with resultant right ventricular dilatation. Percutaneous PVR offers a minimally invasive approach for the treatment of this condition. We share our experience of percutaneous pulmonary valve implantation with both balloon and self-expandable valves.Presentation
