Item Common with the uncommon--atrial septal defect with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.(Indian heart journal, 1995)Item Critical stenosis of bicarotid trunk and left subclavian artery with severe coronary artery disease - a management dilemma.(Annals of cardiac anaesthesia, 2001)A 48 yr. old patient suffering from bicarotid trunk and left subclavian artery stenosis with severe coronary artery disease was managed successfully by angioplasty and stenting of the bicarotid trunk and subclavian artery. This was followed by coronary artery bypass grafting after one month. He was free of angina and cerebrovascular symptoms at one and a half year follow up.
