dc.description.abstract | CNS parenchymal metastases are common as is metastatic meningeal involvement. However, the high index of suspicion and contrast enhanced MRI also help in detecting meningeal deposits. We herewith report cases of leptomeningeal deposits in patients with a known primary tumour elsewhere. The importance of gadolinium enhanced MRI is stressed. | |
