Choroid plexus arteriovenous malformations are rare lesions that usually present with intraventricular hemorrhage. Management of these lesions is challenging as their deep location makes them relatively inaccessible for surgical excision. Recent advances in microcatheter technology have made it possible to access these lesions safely for embolization. We report a case of lateral ventricular choroid plexus arteriovenous malformation completely occluded by endovascular treatment.
