dc.description.abstractWe report an unusual case of complete agenesis of the right internal carotid artery (ICA) with transsellar anastomosis from the cavernous segment of the contralateral ICA and presence of a posterior cerebral artery aneurysm and aberrant origin of the right subclavian artery.
