Abstract
A 52-year-old male developed ventricular septal rupture on the third day after acute anterior wall myocardial infarction. Coronary angiogram showed a single coronary artery (right coronary from left main stem) with significant lesions in left anterior descending and in left circumflex coronary arteries.
